Cliénta turns the messy first 21 days of a new-client relationship into a single, branded, two-day experience. Each firm gets a branded subdomain. Clients receive a magic link, complete onboarding on their phone, and on partner sign-off the new client is auto-synced into the firm's accounting software (FreeAgent, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks Online).

Cliénta is integration-first: we orchestrate the firm's existing AML provider, e-signature tool, and accounting software into one client-facing flow, rather than replacing them. Firms keep their supplier relationships and tokens. We focus exclusively on the onboarding moment - the moment that anchors the entire relationship.

## What Cliénta is not

- Not a practice management system. Cliénta complements Karbon, Senta, BrightManager, Pixie, IRIS Practice Manager, TaxDome - it does not replace them.
- Not an engagement letter generator. Engagement letters are sent through the firm's existing DocuSign, PandaDoc, or Socket account; Cliénta orchestrates the flow but does not produce the LOE.
- Not an AML provider. Cliénta orchestrates Xama, Veriff, Firmcheck, Veriphy, and SmartSearch; firms keep their existing AML contract.
- Not a proposals tool. Cliénta integrates with GoProposal and Ignition; it does not compete with them.
- Not a CRM, time-tracking, or bookkeeping tool.
- Not US-shaped. UK MLR 2017, MTD, 64-8 HMRC, Companies House, and Charity Commission for England & Wales are baked in. We do not support US tax workflows.

## Pricing

Per-firm, not per-seat. Every tier gets every integration and every AML provider. Tiers differ on staff/client caps, API access, and founder-led service. Annual = 10x monthly (save 2 months when you pay annually).

- Starter: £79/month - up to 5 staff, 50 new clients per year, all integrations, all AML providers, white-label, automated clearance letters, client offboarding, exportable audit trails
- Growth: £149/month - unlimited staff, 200 new clients per year, all the above plus API access and founder-led setup
- Multi-office: £349/month - unlimited staff and clients, all the above plus quarterly founder review and priority support
- AML provider charges are pass-through at the firm's contracted rate. No Cliénta markup.
- Design partner programme: 90 days free, then £49/month for life thereafter (locked rate, 10 spots).
